October 2025: We signed our first offtake agreement for a power generation carbon capture & sequestration project at Broadwing Energy Center , partnering with Lower Carbon Infrastructure.
September 2025: We launched a partnership with Salt River Project, an innovative public utility in Arizona, to pilot a portfolio of Long Duration Energy Storage technologies .
July 2025: We announced our first Long Duration Energy Storage partnership with EnergyDome to help scale their promising CO2 Battery technology.
June 2025: We announced a partnership with Commonwealth Fusion Systems, with continued investment and 200MW of offtake from their first commercial fusion plant.
April 2025: We signed our first geothermal energy deal in Asia - and the first corporate power purchase agreement and investment for geothermal energy in Taiwan with Baseload Power.

Partnerships

October 2024: Our team announced a ground-breaking partnership with Kairos Power to develop 500MW of advanced Small Modular Reactors, expected online 2030-2035. By procuring electricity from an “orderbook” of reactors, we will help accelerate commercialization of this clean-firm capacity, making nuclear technology more affordable and scalable.
July 2024: We announced our commitment to offtake from RExus’s Waste Wood-to-Energy (WWtE) Plant in collaboration with PacificLight Energy. This first-of-its-kind sustainable biomass facility integrates circular synergy and best-in-class technology, delivering 10% higher efficiency than standard plants in Singapore.
June 2024: We built on our pilot with Fervo Energy to scale to a 115MW offtake partnership for enhanced geothermal power with Fervo and NV Energy.
